DHP4-550 LCD Glass Ceramic Hotplate with Timer
  • The ceramic plate offers excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding strong acids, strong alkalis, and high temperatures. It is easy to clean spilled solvents, oils, or other contaminants.
  • The corrosion-resistant full metal housing provides good heat dissipation and reliable fire protection.
  • The efficient drainage platform and raised waterproof edge prevent liquids from entering the machine and corroding internal electronic components.
  • The safety lock prevents accidental changes to the operating status.
  • Buzzer: When a fault occurs or the timer countdown ends, the buzzer emits a “beep-beep-beep” alert sound.
  • Residual heat warning function: When the plate temperature exceeds 50°C, heating is turned off, and the screen displays a flashing “HOT” warning. Even after the power is turned off, the display continues to flash “HOT” to indicate high temperature.
  • Dual independent safety circuits continuously monitor the device. In the event of overheating, sensor failure, or system error, the machine shows an error and stops heating. If a short circuit occurs, the power is automatically cut off to ensure operator safety.
  • The LCD display shows both set and real-time values for time and temperature, providing clear and intuitive readouts.
  • Timer function: Settable from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes. Once the countdown ends, heating stops to prevent thermal damage to the sample.
  • Remote control function is available, allowing connection to a computer.
  • Safety temperature can be preset.
